چکیده

Aim: In this study, we aimed to compare the effect of aerobic exercise programs on patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and healthy controls, show that home can be as effective supervised programs. Materials Methods: Eighty participants were included in study divided into groups home-exercise group (outpatient), (inpatient), controls. A 6-weeks program was given all participants. Before after program, 6-minute Walking Test (6MWT), Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), Modified Ashworth (MAS), Berg Balance (BBS), Extended Disability (EDSS), Cardiopulmonary Exercise (CPET), MS Quality Life (MSQoL-54) applied Results: When 6MWT CPET data evaluated, it observed patient control benefited from program. There a significant improvement treatment 6MWT, BBS, FSS, MSQoL-54, KPET both outpatient inpatient groups, there no difference between when rates change compared. Conclusion: We have home-based is think should recommended first planning PwMS terms cost, effectiveness, accessibility.
